Next week, the Faculty Center for Teaching with Technology will be hosting Sloan C’s online webcast of the annual Emerging Technologies for Online Learning event. Also known as ET4, it offers a wealth of information and insights into technologies and pedagogies impacting online learning.
From Sloan’s site, “The Emerging Technologies Symposium is devoted to the emerging and innovative uses of technology designed to improve teaching and learning online. The conference focuses on the technologies that drive online learning effectiveness, highlighting research, applications and best practices of important emerging technological tools.”
The Faculty Center will host online webcasts on April 9th, 10th, and 11th in our conference room. Sessions are from 8:00 to 2:00.
