At the Faculty Center, we often get a lot of questions from faculty about how to best record their lectures for online classes. This is a common inquiry with only one answer, CAMTASIA.
Camtasia offers professors the opportunity to be able to deliver their content to off-site students, re-use their lecture videos each semester, & even have lecture content available for students at any time. At its core, Camtasia is truly just a screen recording program. However, the creativity you can exhibit from utilizing Camtasia for lecture content is seemingly endless. In order to purchase Camtasia for only $10 for your University machine, follow the step by step instructions here. While you’re there, please check out the additional resources available for tutorials on the program.
Want to learn more about Camtasia? Drop by AGIT222 for our group faculty tutorial-session on Wednesday February 26th, 2014 beginning at 10:00am.
